These terms apply to everyone who uses DSP Intelligence: drivers, supervisors and owners.
1. What is this platform?
DSP Intelligence is a platform by Made by Balthazar (BE 0737.426.167). Your employer uses it to follow up performance, coach and communicate with the team.
2. Your account is personal
Your account is for you only. Do not share your password or sign-in link with anyone and do not let anyone else work through your account.
Think someone else is using your account? Report it to your employer straight away.
3. For work only
Only use the platform for your work with your employer.
4. What is not allowed
Sharing data about colleagues or customers outside of work.
Putting medical information or details about illness in the platform. Discuss that directly with HR or the occupational physician.
Offensive, threatening or discriminatory messages.
Trying to bypass or break the security, or to access data that is not meant for you.
5. What you see
As a driver you only see your own figures. You never see colleagues' figures and colleagues do not see yours.
6. Activity is recorded
The platform technically records what happens (for example sign-ins, uploads, coachings and messages sent). This is needed for security and for the platform to work.
Your employer explains in the privacy notice who can see this and why.
Made by Balthazar manages the platform and works as a consultant for your employer. For that, Made by Balthazar has access to all data of the DSP, solely for support and consulting on behalf of your employer. Every access and action is recorded.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee it. Maintenance or an outage may make it temporarily unavailable.
8. End of your access
Your employer can withdraw your access at any time, for example when you no longer work for them.
You can have your account deleted: in the app via Profile → Delete account, or via info@madebybalthazar.com. See also the privacy notice (section 12).
9. Changes
If these terms change, we will ask you to accept the new version before you can continue.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
11. Contact
Questions about the platform? Email info@madebybalthazar.com.
Privacy Notice
Version 1.2
This privacy notice explains which data about you is processed in DSP Intelligence, why, who sees it and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible?
Your employer is responsible for your data (controller): the delivery company (DSP) that invited you to DSP Intelligence. Your employer decides what the data is used for and tells you who its privacy contact is.
Made by Balthazar (BE 0737.426.167, Antwerp, Belgium) builds and manages the platform on behalf of your employer and acts as processor. You can also send questions to info@madebybalthazar.com; we pass them on to your employer where needed.
2. Which data?
Name, email address, Transporter ID, language and employment status.
Performance figures per driver from Amazon reports (for example RTS, POD, Contact Compliance, DNR).
The FICO score you submit yourself, with the evidence photo. That photo is deleted after at most 30 days.
Coaching conversations and agreements, and messages between you and your team.
Technical data: sign-ins, actions in the platform, device token for notifications.
3. What we do not process
No medical data.
No raw Amazon files: from a report only the figures per driver are stored, not the file itself.
4. What for?
Following up performance, coaching, communication with the team and organising the work.
5. Legal basis
Your employer's legitimate interest in organising and following up the work properly, and the performance of your employment contract.
6. Who sees what?
Driver: only your own data.
Supervisors: the drivers of their own DSP.
Owners: also the personnel agreements and the team overview.
Made by Balthazar (processor and consultant): access to all data of the DSP, for support and consulting on behalf of your employer. This access is recorded (who, when and which action) and is visible to the owners of the DSP.
7. Activity of office staff
What supervisors and owners do in the platform is recorded (for example coachings, messages, uploads). Only owners see that overview. It is used to divide the work, not for hidden monitoring; supervisors are informed about this in the platform.
8. How long?
Your account (name, email address, Transporter ID, language): while you work for your employer and for 30 days after that.
Performance figures from Amazon reports and coaching conversations are part of your employer's staff records; your employer decides how long they are kept.
The evidence photo of a FICO score is deleted after at most 30 days; the score itself is kept.
9. Where is the data stored?
The data is stored in the EU with Cloudflare.
Sign-in and notifications run through Google Firebase. Data may be processed outside the EU in that case; this happens on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. Ask your employer or email info@madebybalthazar.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
11. Changes
If this notice changes, we will ask you to read and confirm the new version.
12. Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your request goes to your employer, who deletes your account. Without the app: email info@madebybalthazar.com from the email address of your account and say which employer you work for.
What is deleted? Your sign-in (login), your messages and conversation requests, the FICO scores you submitted with their photos, your device tokens for notifications, your notifications, your acceptances of the terms and your membership.
What does your employer keep? The performance figures from its own Amazon reports (stored under your Transporter ID, not under your app account) and its coaching records and staff agreements (staff records), unless it chooses to delete those too. The activity log records that a deletion took place, without message content.
The deletion is carried out within 30 days of your request. More information: dsp-intelligence.baltha-vdv.workers.dev/legal#delete.
13. Help
Help with signing in or your password: see dsp-intelligence.baltha-vdv.workers.dev/support or email info@madebybalthazar.com.
Delete your account · DSP Intelligence
Version 1.2
This is how you ask for your DSP Intelligence account and your personal app data to be deleted. DSP Intelligence is the app your employer, a delivery company (DSP), uses for driver performance, coaching and messages.
1. How do I request it?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your request goes to your employer, who deletes your account. Without the app: email info@madebybalthazar.com from the email address of your account and say which employer you work for.
2. What is deleted?
Your sign-in (login), your messages and conversation requests, the FICO scores you submitted with their photos, your device tokens for notifications, your notifications, your acceptances of the terms and your membership.
3. What does your employer keep?
The performance figures from its own Amazon reports (stored under your Transporter ID, not under your app account) and its coaching records and staff agreements (staff records), unless it chooses to delete those too. The activity log records that a deletion took place, without message content.
Why: this is your employer's own data. The figures come from the reports your employer receives from Amazon, and an employer sometimes has to keep staff records by law. You exercise your rights over that data with your employer.
4. How long does it take?
The deletion is carried out within 30 days of your request.
After that you are signed out and can no longer sign in.
