DSP Intelligence is the app and web platform that delivery companies (DSPs) delivering for Amazon use to support their drivers: your own figures, shared focus points, messages with your team and submitting your FICO score. DSP Intelligence is made by Made by Balthazar.
How do I get an account?
You cannot sign up yourself. Your employer (the DSP you drive for) creates your account and sends you an invitation email.
Open the link in that email to activate your account and choose a password. No email? Check your spam folder or ask your employer to send the invitation again.
Forgot your password
In the app: on the sign-in screen, tap ‘Forgot password?’.
On the web: go to dsp-intelligence.baltha-vdv.workers.dev/login and choose ‘Recover’.
You will receive an email with a link to choose a new password. Use the email address your employer invited you with.
I cannot sign in
Check that you use the email address the invitation was sent to. If the app says your account is not registered or was revoked, contact your employer: only your employer can give you access.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account, or email info@madebybalthazar.com. The deletion page explains what is deleted and what your employer keeps.
